2026 Parade of Homes Early Bird Registration

Description

April 18-19 and April 25-26 will be the 2026 Baton Rouge Parade of Homes presented by GSE.  This is an annual event created to showcase the Greater Baton Rouge area's homebuilding industry, state-of-the-art homes and the latest products and services available from HBAIGBR members. The event is heavily promoted and brings more than 2,000 people out each year to tour and get inspired. 

Home builders and vendors will benefit from promotion on the HBA|GBR Parade of Homes app and in the keepsake Parade of Homes magazine available to ticket holders.  With builder approval Vendors can have a company representative or promotional items at a Parade house.

Builders registering their home(s) by December 12 for the Parade of Homes will save $250 per entry. 

First house is $1,750, additional homes are $1,350 each during Early Bird registration.  On the first home they register Builder Champions receive additional discounts.  (Platinum 100%, Gold 20%, and Silver 10%)    

Vendor registration is $1,500 prior to December 12 and $1,750 after the deadline.  Platinum Industry Partners receive a free Vendor entry.

First home $1,750 ($2,000 after December 12)

Additional $1,350 each ($1,600 after December 12)
