Parade House Entry Fees 

Early Bird Pricing

Early Bird Deadline December 15, 2023 – Builder Agreement signed by Builder by this date to confirm Early Bird Entry Fee prices

• Early Bird Entry Fee for first house is $1,750
• Early Bird Entry Fee for each additional house is $1,350

House Entry Pricing

Deadline March 12, 2024

• Entry Fee for first house is $2,000
• Entry Fee for each additional house is $1,600

Parade Community Entry Fees

Early Bird Deadline December 15, 2023– Community Agreement signed by Community by this date to confirm Early Bird Entry Fee prices

• Early Bird Entry Fee for a community is $1,750

Community Entry Pricing

Deadline March 12, 2024

• Entry Fee for a community is $2,000
